Who is that exactly? If that stuff were true, it would be impressive.

None of it is true.

That's Casey McMahon or Japhei - a known bootlegger and thief.

He didn't do any of that. At all.

How do you think I'd preserve it? Dump the ROMs.

:kekeke:

And since we can do that, we can also say that Laurent NEVER had a deal with Visco to release B2B. So all of you bought bootleg games.

Overpriced bootleg games.

Same with TotC.

Sorry, but you are wrong about B2B.
If you ever wrote a mail to Visco, you would know that NCI is in business and has a deal with them.
Before purchasing their game, I personally wrote to Visco and asked if the whole story was true. Not only I got a response from Visco in Japanese, but the answer they sent me, had NCI as CC.
If I remember right, I'm not the only one from here on the forum that contacted Visco in order to verify if they were telling the truth.
Now, unless NCI hacked Visco's email account, I wouldn't call them liars.

TotC is a whole different story. Since the beginning they claimed that they were unable to find the current owner of Face's IP.
Honestly I do think that this is bullshit since it takes less than 5 minutes to get a hold of the actual owner of part of Face's IP.

As I wrote, one decent release and a bad one, at least for me, make them deserve another chance rather than sabotage.

If only one person has the roms then it isn't preserved. If he dies then what? I doubt the people in his family would be like "Before we forget we better distribute this rom before is disappears completely".

The games you can't have are likely the ones that are the safest to have. It's when you find out that the Maruko, MS1, Ninja Master's, and TSS are all perfect bootlegs that the heart is crushed.

They're liars.

Visco simply doesn't care - do you really think they printed up any material for that game?

You'd have to be out of your mind.

This is the worst time to be a collector. Each year after 2003 has been the worst time to be a collector. It has only gotten worse with time.

I have no idea who printed the material. Most likely NCI, but I don't think this is somehow relevant.
Fact is, they do have a business agreement with Visco. Or they hacked Visco's email account....

Tonk your wrong about visco and NCI.
They have an agreement with visco.
Many people have received a reply from visco.
Then if a reply by mail is not enough for you , just go in the office of visco in tokyo then ask them the question directly.
Who live in tokyo here ?

What about someone ask Visco for a distribution license for a Visco game on the Neo Geo and see how easy/hard it is to get one?

This is the damn truth. I'm waiting for a Neo-collapse so I can grab all my favorite games for cheap. Until then, all those kpj faggots can smoke a cock.

Nowadays, we can't buy 100% legit cart for over $1,000. It's too risk to buy in ebay or anyone who has zero feedback.

If I want to buy a cart with that kind of price, I'd buy one directly from the developer like NG: DEV.

COMMON GUYS! GET ME THAT DAMN NUMBER! $500 BOUNTY!

Gentlemen,
"Let's mix it up!"
Alright here's the deal.

bounty_500.jpg

I am offering up a $500 USD BOUNTY as an instant paypal GIFT payment / reward for conducting the following 100% LEGAL and MORAL operation.

I am looking for someone to go to the game shop with the Warlocks game, bring with them a modded neogeo home console, at least one controller of course, a small television, and a video camera. I want them to ask the manager of the store if he can set it all up and plug in the cartridge, let it run for just a minute or two, enough to record the intro and some gameplay, as well as MOST IMPORTANT, to record the NGH product code number. I don't care if you get me an hour of footage with the games ending etc., if you fail to get the NGH number, you get NOTHING. THAT is all that matters, so don't forget that!

The video camera must NEVER be turned off. NO MONKEY BUSINESS! No splices or edits! I need to see a CLEAN smooth time stamped consistent filming sequence from the moment the cart is inserted to when what I request is recorded and all through until the power to the console is turned off. (you can smile for the camera before and after but nor during)

If ANY part of this is "unclear" or "huh? what do i do?" etc. then PLEASE do NOT waste my freaking time. Your simply not capable of handling this and let somebody else do it for me. I am not paying five hundred bucks for incompetency and stupidity. I will HAPPILY upload a video to youtube using a "sample" neogeo game later tonight showing what I want done if need be.

Be creative if you like, offer the employee half the cash, etc. whatever it takes!

Oh and please show some class. For that kind of money, don't get me some grainy crappy sloppy cell phone camera shit. Use a real fucking camera and keep a steady hand while filming and shut the hell up as well (during the intro of the game) as people want to hear the games sounds & music, not your dumb ass yapping in the backgound.

Lastly, your video becomes 100% MY property for me to post on my website and youtube account, etc. (all the usual bullshit disclaimers when you relinquish something to another person, etc.)

Alright that's it!
First person to get this done gets pay dirt!
It's open season! Make me proud!

Regards,
Billy

Even if a large percentage of NGH/AES collectors happened to jump ship at the same time, prices most likely wouldn't go down much. The aesholes keeping prices sky high can sit on something for a long time without much trouble. It's all about finding that fool with too much money...

If there ever is a massive collapse and prices plummet, then there will be another problem: much harder to find games. It's the high prices that are causing people to come out of the woodwork and sell.

try selling an aes game at a reasonable price on the selling forum. It'll be gone within an hour. I see no crash.
