Watched some gameplay footage yesterday and the combat looks really solid.

Not sure why they went with British voice actors for the English dub though.

I've loved Onimusha since I played a demo disk from OPM back in 2001. The first, second, and third games all licked tits. After that, never bothered, but yeah, this series deserves a revival.

It fucking rocks? LET'S GOOOOOOOO

Shin Onimusha ('Dawn of Dreams' in the west) was, in a lot of ways, the best one in the series. I was a little disappointed Capcom didn't do more with the title. The character variety was really cool and the OST was an absolute banger.

I think that this upcoming one might be better than any of the others. Sasaki Kojiro seems heavily inspired by Takehiko Inoue's interpretation from Vagabond, but I don't know if there was any actual influence at play. But you know how these things happen in pop culture and media.
