This kinda shit makes me want to take a government job, so I can clock out at 5pm and just chill.
I know damn well I can't play Oblivion.

Are government jobs and industry jobs really so different in the US?

Yes. Unless you’re a water plant operator and then you’re completely unappreciated, expected to be an automaton at all hours of the day and night, and also the first person they blame for anything involving failing infrastructure. Its lovely for all the other government workers though. Sit on ass, two 15 minute breaks, an hour lunch, and if youre lucky they glance away from their social media and youtube accounts long enough to accomplish the workload that a private industry worker would accomplish in a single hour of their work day.

I'm playing it. I like it. I accidently turned into a vampire. That's just how it is sometimes.

It’s a really boring fetch quest to cure yourself if that’s what you intend to do. I actually reloaded an old save 1st time round.

Awwww shit. I remember in Skyrim just praying somewhere. For now, I'm a creature of the night. Sucks getting out of an Oblivion Gate and then being scorched by the sun. All the shopkeepers call me a beast and won't trade with me... so then I have to murder and rob them. What other choice do I have? Luckily, my non-judgemental NPCs are with me along for the ride. We're on a rollercoaster to HELL listening to cancel culture symphonic toons.

Drink blood at night and you look like a person again for a while and can trade with people.

But honestly, it makes playing the game a slog.

Here’s how to cure it, good luck getting all that stuff…

The exploit to level security still works btw:
try to pick any lock, move the lockpick over to non-usable tumbler and keep pressing space.

Just move into the vile lair. It's over.

Also I think you can use it to freely cure yourself of vampirism.
