I had a very bad transaction with Japangamesnow in the past(waited more than 3 months to get my stuff).
Other people had same issues.

Now,another member has the same problem with the same online shop and that is enough to warn possible buyers about it,since it is an online shop.

one thing is sure, we do need a mod who can really lay down
the law on people. We have rules that need to be followed,
and none of that has happened here in quite a while. We have
way too many roms threads everywhere, countless fake accounts,

Oh, and I'm not suggesting I should be a mod because if that
happens, lots of members would have to find a new home for sure.
But again, we do need someone who can really have some control

don't seem to do anything in General.

Agreed. The problem is that many of the mods are not on the forum very much.

About you ppls' mod critics, as far as I'm concerned, I'm logged into ng.com every day, I just don't post nearly half as much as I used to. Just because you don't see our names in who's online doesn't mean we're not here, you know.

Look who's talking... Jorge, is there are really urgent problem? No. Lots of fake accounts and spammers? Yes, as usual, but we close/ban/delete them by the dozen every month so it's not that we'd stand there with our hands in our pockets, it's just that the stream of bots, spammers, scammers and idiots never ends - there's no surefire method to get rid of all that trash, otherwise we had implemented it years ago already. Your banhammer-swinging trigger-happy style wouldn't change that one bit, it would only make things worse because you'd piss off lots of regular users in the process which in the end is too high a price for a couple of measly bans.

problems and other stuff. But I never seen anybody really that active in
here. One thing is to have regular members, another is to tolerate
the shit they start up. Wasabi is usually here, but he allows pretty much
anything. He was supposed to be the mod for what? it was only for one
part of the forums (Don't remember anymore),
but he abused it, and now he does anything he wants, including mixing

so I'm not going to even waste my time anyway.

Wasabi is probably the most active mod here. He is on the boards a lot and handles a lot of the stuff the goes on. D-Lite and Bobak take care of things when needed and while Dean was away for a while (he seems to be back now), Bobak posts a lot.

Other than those three, I really do not know who the other mods are but things seem to run pretty smoothly. Every once in a while there is a big surge of fake accounts and while that does suck, it does create a little entertainment.

FTL is primarily the mod for th einternational section, and since the most international traffic is in the italian section, he's pretty useful. When I abused my power outside the gameplay section, Shawn said stop. I stopped. I probably still get complaints. But hey, I'm not abusing my power. Anyone who complains about my moderation was probably deserving of a temp ban anyways, and I was being generous by just messing with them. You know, give them an inch and then they take your whole dick off. I just try to poke people a little, not fuck the shit out of them. But sometimes people seem to just want a good reaming. That's why I leave them to Bobak.

Posting-wise, I see the most out of Wasabi, but that doesn't necessarily mean the other mods aren't doing anything. The bulk of a mod's duties are covert from the regular user's view...and most of it goes unnoticed (like banning bots, fixing bugs, moving around posts, etc.). The more unnoticed it is, the better of a job the mods are doing, and the mods in this forum are doing a great job.
