Not sure what to do?

I not so recently anymore purchased a KOF 98' cart with a money order 4 weeks ago. I have pm'd the user multiple times. Although every time I have pm'd the guy, he has responded with his situation. The standard that he sits in does suck, but he has said that he would send it within the week twice now. I try to send him one more pm, because I needed the game by this wednesday, and his pm box is 100% full, and can't accept any more. I really do want this game, it is one of my all time favorites, but I'm not sure what to do in the case that if I send him a bad feedback, then he could screw me out of the money, but I can't do anything else to my knowledge to get this cart in my hands

yeah, he has some problems, so I dont want to do aything negative, but I still want my cart..

If the guy has problems fair enough, but you paid for it so you should have it, or he should refund you.

idosk8, I feel your pain. I'm in a similar predicament with annother seller on this board, (although I haven't been for as long as you have) if he doesn't respond to me within an hour or so, I'll have no choice but to create a similar topic.

BTW, Skawlbox is the same member that a friend of mine almost bought KOF 97 from. I'm glad he didn't, or I would have HEARD about it for a LONG time.

Anyways, I hope that you get the game that you paid for as much as I hope that I get what I paid for. Hopefully, everything will work out eventually for everybody.

File a paypal claim and give him bad feedback, you have waited enough time by now, if he was not trying to scam you, he would be giving you some excuses for the delay and hes not doing it in any way, try to get your money back asap until it is too late to do something.

He said he would throw in an unopened neowave kof x-box game for my troubles. But it wasn't through paypal, it was through a money order. I'd rather get the game then take the time to try and get a refund.

Yes it is, but it takes a long time, and I don't know if the guy cashed it yet, I might be out of luck.

Tracking a Money Order costs $$ and it takes approximately 45 to 60 days to receive an answer.
