No sound on my Street Fighter II CPS

I'm not sure why but I don't have sound on my Street Fighter II: Hyperfighting for CPS. I'm looking for any information because I've found nothing anywhere else. I've tried to buy a replacement C-board from others and even eBay sellers but they won't part with them. The images are too large to post.

I'm not sure if that's better news for my problem. Do you know the usual culprit of this issue?

After realizing that it wasn't the C-board (what I was told when it was given to me), further use of the Google suggests that the z80b CPU may need to be replaced.

Do you have access to any other known working CPS1 games? I'm assuming not, but being able to swap boards is helpful with these. It always seems to be the A boards that are the issue.
