After a few months of trying, and the recent release of Halo 20 - Only. I finally have Trent Reznor's/Nine Inch Nail's Complete (halo-ed) Body of Work . I decided I wanted this after I saw NIN live in April. Easily the hardest to get/most expensive were the 3 versions of "We're in this together" each of them cost close to $100 usd. But I really love that track so it was worth it to me.
Here they are 1-20.

Here are some more of my NIN collection, as well as some oddities, different region releases, and tributes. (I still need about 2 other official NIN releases that are not halo-ed. In San Francisco I have a few more 7'' Singles of The Hand that feeds from different regions, as well as a LE UK Vinyl Case.

I just saw a copy of the "Photek Remixes" of Hand That Feeds on vinyl at a local record store last night. I might go back and get it since they were asking a DOLLAR for it.

Too bad I have nothing to play it on.

Also, what is the significance of the 'Halo" thing?

Yeah there are 4 diff version (have them all) of the Hand that feeds I believe and I get mixed up on the sizes.

there is the White Sleeved No Cover Release from the Listening Parties.
As well as 1 from the US, and 1 from the UK or Europe somewhere I believe.
There is also a "Picture Disc" one at the US was in a plastic sleeve and were sold at Hot Topic stores (Shudder) for $7.99. I believe thats the one your talking about. If its just plain it would probably be because its missing the case? OR you might even have the Listening parties on there, in which case you need to grab that immediately.

I wasn't able to go to the SF Listening party, so I paid I think $60 for that one. The rest are substantially cheaper though.

You should get an LP player, I love the sound. Especially "With Teeth" on mine.
Also my HIM, Misfits, Danzig and Audioslave stuff sounds great on Vinyl as well

Trent should try doing an instrumental only album one of these days. Most of my favorite tracks of his have no or minimal amount of lyrics.

I wish they also listed teh Import versions of the Halos. I bought my copy of "w/ teeth" from Japan because of the extra 3 tracks ( Home, Right Where It Belongs v.2, and The Hand That Feeds(Ruff Mix).

Haven't seen all those releases together in a long time! I used to have all those on CD (up to Downward Spiral) way back in the day, plus a bunch of import & bootleg NIN stuff and whatever other bands were on that same label. Gave it all to a friend back in high school for free, but I kept the vinyl stuff (and the PWEI CD).

I haven't really listened to NIN much outside of With Teeth, but very nice collection.

Is the Dual Disc version worth buying over the normal version?

Very nice collection. I'm a huge huge NIN fan, and Trent Reznor's bitch. NIN is, without a doubt, my favorite "band" ever. Congrats on a nice collection. I'm jealous.

I'm talking about the THTF Vinyls. Theres really no such thing as a dualdisc vinyl. :loco:
I have two Normal Versions of the CD Single of THTF.

If your talking about the Dualdisc SACD/DVD of With_teeth.

The question is, do you have a 5.1 setup? If yes, then DEFINATELY.

If no. Well then I really dont see the point.

Yeah I have that as well. I basically only wanted it for the Digital Transfer of "Home" only availible on the Vinyls in the US.

You can tell which one it is because the coloring is a bit different, there is no "Parental Advisory" and the little lines that come out of the NIN logo are not present on the top portion, and only the bottom. (Its top/bottom on the US one for some reason...not sure about the UK)

I put alot of time and money into "collecting" all his stuff, and it's nice to finally see it all together and have a little recognition. Right now NIN is easily my favorite band as well. I've always loved NIN, but after I saw Reznor live...Everything changed.

I have about 9 NIN Shirts I always wear. Theres not a week that goes by and I don't wear a NIN T-shirt.

I pick things up...I am a Collector... I have this net... ha ha

Nice. I thought about trying to grab all of the Halos at one point but that never really fell through. I still want to get Fixed though. I should get off my ass and get around to getting that. I was lucky enough to get tickets to one of the shows NIN played here back in May. That was nothing short of awesome. Will be seeing them again on September 19th as well.

I'm flying down to San Diego on the 15th to go with my cousin. Then I'll be seeing them in Oakland as well on the 30th I think. I Joined "the Spiral" so I got tix early, and cheaper if I were to try and get them on ebay or something. And Evidently the Sprial members go in first. Sounds cool to me.

It will be a huge venue so it'll be a bit crazy. I'm really glad I got to see them in a small hall last spring. (Warfield SF 2 nights)

Nice collection.

My claim to fame is that I own every Tori Amos CD ever released in America. This only ties to this thread because Reznor sang backup on one of her songs.
