[NGP] Screen contrast issue

Hello,

I've bought a Neogeo Pocket Mono (black & white),
but this ngp have a big problem, the screen contrast is very very low and the control for the contrast don't solve my problem.

Can you help me for this problem ?

Could be a dirty or broken contrast wheel, Game Boy systems sometimes develop problems with their potentiometer wheels too.

Ch鑽e Can I get another wheel ?it's the Same as volume wheel for GBa ? Or sound wheel for GameBoy ?

Open it up and look at it. It should have some identification marks on it to help find a replacement.

the contrast wheel was dirty, I used some cotton thread to clean it.
