New GBA E-Reader games

I just know everyone is dying to play Solitaire on their E-Reader. This game was more a proof of concept than anything.

Unfortunately no. I ultimately want to make 10 or so ereader games and sell them in a "booster" pack. To do that, I want to keep things legit.

Thanks! Yeah US EReaders are getting up there in price. I'm honestly not sure why, I'm guessing Pokemon? But I know zilch about Pokemon, so who knows. Japanese EReaders are very cheap, but EReaders are region locked.

People found out how to print the cards and yeah, it's largely demand for Pokemon and Animal Crossing cards that were previously low print (or never printed at all in the case of SMB and LOZ for Animal Crossing) that is pushing up demand for the device itself

I have a ton of ideas. One area I want to try is doing things Nintendo would never have. Like I want to try making a Cave style shooter boss fight. Doable on the GBA? Hmmmm, maybe not, but I will try

I plan to make old standbys like Minesweeper and Picross, but also more exotic and weird ones.

Absolutely awesome, I've always loved the GBA e-Reader, nice to see some new homebrew for it.

If i had a printer that could do the printing resolution necessary for this (I think 1200dpi) I would definitely try out Solitaire on my e-Reader.

I've actually found 600dpi is better than 1200dpi. But printing e-reader cards is a mystical black art.

I have a stack of ereader cards, but no idea what happened to the reader. The pack of games idea is really cool.

I've got a binder with all of the released NES games, some promotional cards I found at Gamestop, when Nintendo was still promoting the eReader, and most of series one Animal crossing cards.

So yeah, defo would love to add some new games to the binder.

When i was like 15 there were 2 girls that worked at the electronics boutique at the mall. I went in there one day and must have been looking for something like a gba link cable and when they found out i wanted to use it for animal crossing they both got super excited and started talking to me all about animal crossing shit and told me to come back next week and when i did they gave me hundreds of animal crossing E-reader cards that they had spares of trying to get every one of them.

I'm not really that surprised someone got Solitaire, a simple and basic game, working on it. There have also been games that came on cards before it, such as the TurboGrafx-16 in the later 80s and early 90s, which used the HuCard and SuperCard formats. Plastic cards barely thick that held entire, nearly 16 bit games. Before that Sega did it on the SG-1000 with a card reader in the mid-1980s.

I have a printable paper card that runs NTM CD pixel perfect on a Game Boy Color using the Game Boy Camera in reverse.
