The Metal Slug book was very good, I really enjoyed reading the interviews with the developers.

I skipped the KoF book... there was a reason... but can't for the life of me remember what it was.

Will probably pick this up though. Can definitely see a Sam Sho book coming in the not too distant future.

I dunno how I tolerate this lack of taste or knowledge nowadays tbh
It's hard being better than everyone, noticing their mistakes but thinking "is everyone this shit, does everyone else have such a lack of knowledge or taste - are they going to "invest" in a jaguar cd tomorrow because they know better than everyone?" Every day I live a constant struggle on a forum dedicated to the best console of all time navigating through terrible Atari posts like that company ever meant anything.. people not understanding the hardship I go through daily having good taste where other people are making wanted posts for 2600 flash carts in 2026 because they've never moved past being 12 and are now 63 but this is the only enjoyment they have in gaming etc..

Kernow has raised an excellent point here, gentlemen. Even though MK2 looked better on super nintendo, both graphically and with the arcade stills intact, the genesis port played much better; providing a faster and smoother overall gameplay experience.

I prefer SSF2 on Gen as well. I am not ashamed of this.

Everyone knows the 32x was the superior version

Lots of combos were hard to pull off on the SNES version, the Genesis and 32x versions played much more arcade like.

I see kernow has reached his final form. He's in a committed relationship with his Neo Geo, and the rest of us are all cheating with other consoles.
