Gameplay sounds insane. Apparently you have to look for some 'mark' that reveals the girl to be a magical girl. Think Those Who Hunt Elves but for all audiences... at least, as all audiences as such a game involving inspection of little girls can be.

Sometimes the Japanese seriously worry me...

If it wasn't for sake, sushi and the perfectly smooth skin on their more attractive women I might be inclined to write them off completely because of games like this.
