Glad the issue was pretty simple.

Wow, you called it with the MV1, @lithy! I don't have any firsthand experience with the MV1, but it sounds like it doesn't play very nice with a lot of new carts.

side note ... does anyone have a link or instructions to the latest, proper and best way to get stereo out of the MV1C ?

Stereo from the MV1C is pretty easy. It has line level audio from two pins on the DAC. Check the Jamma Nation X site for instructions, the ones @Neodogg posted above.

NeoSD MVS Pro- is there a limit to the number of files visible? Shinobi not appearing in the menu for some reason (.neo file). I also assume no way to see folders i.e. all roms have to be in root dir? Such a limitation :-(

Quick question- I tested the recent .neo releases on a NeoSD MVS Pro. GoldenAxe, In The Hunt, Bad Dudes, Double Dragon all work ok, but Shinobi and The Eye of the Typhon don't display. The .neo file just isn't listed in the menu. Has anyone else had this problem? What's the solution?

Another one- I just received this new NeoSD MVS Pro (the Vengeance Hunters one). It doesn't have a serial number anywhere that I can find (previous NeoSD had a little sticker on the side). The plastic is transparent and can't see anything inside the cart either. Where's the serial number? I emailed Terraonion but no reply yet.
