Furthermore, you were operating under two separate eBay accounts: pekas123 and neoloco. Each had small amounts of transactions... each had negative feedback. This behavior serves no other purpose than to set you up to be on the asshole side of a scam.
I've submitted a trace form at USPS. It should be ready in a couple weeks. Once I receive the results, I will then take all the necessary steps. If he did cash it, then I will file a lawsuit.

I paid immediately with a money order. He lives just a few short
hours from me and stated reciept of the money order. Moral of
the story: It's been a week now and no Top Hunter, in fact I've
never heard about any games shipped within our state to
another area taking this long...
This is not really a huge dollar game and I'm not exactly sure
why a 'scammer' would acknowledge reciept of payment if
they planned on taking it but nonetheless I still paid for a
game which has still yet to find it's way here. I'll give him
the benefit of the doubt and wait another week. If I don't
recieve the game by then or an email response I'd be more
than happy to take the 6 hour drive and ask him in person
where the game is for all of us.
