neogeo mvs2f click of death

Hi
I have a problem with my mvs2f card which makes me a click of death even with the diagbios.
I redid all the battery part that had leaked and made continuity tests everything is ok.
I tested all the data pins of my 68k with my logic analyzer and I found this:
d0 to d15 all hight
a1 to a16 a18 a22 a23 low
a19 to a21 hight
tell me what else i need to test

Did you get this solved? Have a similar issue in one of my boards and am gong through all the checks but curious how you did.
