The seller knows he's not going to sell it for 20K. He just wants to get attention so buyers of individual carts line up.

I sold my entire collection years ago for about £2,100. Sorry I did now but needed the cash at the time.

In 2004 I sold a collection of over 96 carts that included BTG, Maruko, all Metal Slugs, U11, SW2, Master of Syougi, in order pay for school.

Probably better off without them.
