I just got a copy of World Heroes Perfect I bought on eBay and the insert isn't prinbted on glossy papper, I think this isn't normal, as teh cart and manual have a much more shining kind of paper. ANyone can tell me if the normal official WHP-japenese insert is printed on Glossy paper.
