Hi. I'm trying to repair a front loader Neo Geo CD. The first problem was that the tray wouldn't open. The motor that's supposed to open the tray was seized so I replaced it and now the system opens/closes just fine. When I put a game in now, the discs gets lifted into position but it doesn't seem to attempt to read the disc as it doesn't spin. A message pops up on the screen and the open/close icon is continuously flashing. According to google translate, the message says "Please set the CD". I get this message whether there's a disc inside or not and the insert/eject icon is always flashing aside from the few seconds after opening/closing the tray (before continually flashing again). Does anyone know what the problem might be? What might be causing this message to come up?
