Idk, I thought the nes advantage back in the day had better feel than the stock neo sticks, as far as the mass-produced sticks for home consoles went anyway. They're not bad, totally decent, but for a console's stock controllers, I wish they had been a bit better.
But I think that's actually an area that SNK can probably improve on with this new release. It's much cheaper to mass produce arcade-quality buttons for home sticks nowadays than it was in the 90s.
As an alternative to the og sticks, I think the neo hori stick is a bit better in overall quality and feel. The steel plate on the bottom gives it a nice stability. And it has the turbo button setting as well, which is welcome on the aero fighters games, but you can toggle it on and off.
