Neo Geo AES JAP Buzzing / static sound

Hi All,

Picked up a AES this weekend and whenever the console is turned on I get quite a loud buzz behind the music etc.

I am using the Scart lead that came with the console and not an RGB cable.

187430 Serial Number AES 3-6 Revision

Any suggestions on what the issue could be and how to resolve it ?

How the sound via the headphone jack? If that's fine, it's likely due to a shit SCART cable.

Yeah the headphones work fine. The scart cable is the original one.

The pictures are now dead, can anyone tell me what ICs I need to add the 0.1uf caps too ?

You can add them to the 4558 chips between power and ground.

They are removed now, but I was trying to follow some instructions on this thread - http://www.neo-geo.com/forums/showthread.php?212122-The-audio-issue-of-AES-revision-3-4

I have replaced all the caps in the last picture and still no difference I also hooked it up via a 3.5mm to Phono cable and the sound works fine that way.
