Hey all, Im selling my other AES system, It has Unibios 3.3 installed, component mod and composite, reset button LED, 6ft controller extension cable. The only thing is the Ground wire came un-soldered and needs to be re attached. I just don't have the tools but it's a super easy fix. The green rca next to the white audio is the Yellow, he ran out of yellow rca jacks. Retrotechrwind was who did all the mods for me.

I will include the standard AV cables, an after market PSU I got from the Neo store great when you use the Magic Key, Original stick restored, feels brand new, and a CD controller. I can add more pics if requested.

Im asking $375 shipped, to the Con 48 USA. I put some $$ into the system for the mods and getting the stick restored. Pay Pal preferred,
Mike

Everything seems to be in great shape. If you dropped the price $375, you should find someone who wants it. Good luck with your sale.

I'd be more pissed that the dude gave you back your AES with two green jacks... That's some BS.

Yup, did retro tech at least ask you to wait for yellow Jacks to come in or did they just take it upon themselves to install the green jack in place of the yellow?

He asked but I drove almost 2hr's to go and pick it up.. and he drove 1hr toward me as well... and it's not really that HUGE of a deal, it's not like your looking at the back of the system 24/7, and you dont notice it when you got the cables plugged in as well..

I wouldn't sell it for under $400. I sold one on here years ago for around 375 I think, I regretted it.

How is the quality of the component output ? Is it better or equal to the RGB output ? Is there some kind of line doubling to the signal to get it up to HDTV ?

Video looks great in composite on my 1080 120htrz tv. I've also did the vertical line fix mod as well.

How's the component signal for the AES in your 1080p LCD?

I wouldn't sell it for under $400. I sold one on here years ago for around 375 I think, I regretted it.

Is not the same though, there's a repair to be done, that leads to variables that could be out of the seller's hands and then that ends up being a buyer's responsibility.

What ground wire came loose? Im interested but confused what needs to be repaired. It it a mod or a controller that needs a ground reattached?

It's the ground wire for the component mod, composit works fine, but the component needs to be re grounded and then the colors re-adjusted in on the mod.

I'm not worried about soldering one wire. Will the RGB work with the component mod messed up? And is the unibios socketed?

Also, what worries me is "adjusting" the component. Is this hard? How would one do it?
