I was at the mall with the mrs. this evening and I went by the arcade. It's crap, but it's all we got. They have a Time Crisis machine that they've had forever, and it said "For Sale". I ask the kid behind the counter how much they wanted for it. I'm surprised he got out a full sentence at the rate he was going. He told me to call the manager tomorrow during the day.

So, anyway, what would a full working Time Crisis cab go for? Or rather, what would be a fair price for me to buy it at without feeling like I'm getting the shaft? The machine is the full setup with gun, pedal, big screen, and all that jazz. The only problem is the picture looks like the color is out of focus. It's like the blue, green, and red are out of alignment. Is this something that can be fixed or is the monitor just screwed up?

Thanks for the help. Hopefully I can get the guy to sell it to me for cheap, but hey, who knows.

Last time I was at auction, I think one of them went for right around $800.00, I believe that they use sensors around the screen for the gun orientation, so pretty much any projection screen will work in it. As far as the colors being off, I'm not really sure never worked on a projection screen before.

Yea, I think any 50" TV will work they say, but I have no idea.

Here's a pic of what the cab looks like. This is just from an auction, the one I'm looking at has a screen.

So is there anyway for me to convince the guy of what it's worth or am I SOL? It seems he thinks it's worth a ton, but I'm not sure if it's worth trying.
