Second one Billy Kane on the NeoCd, RBS.

The second one definitely is from RBS NGCD, but the first... man, I've heard that track before... the intro is killing me, sounds like a puzzler, but then the piano starts with that familiar tune...

Well, I will skim through a couple of my ripped NGCD tracks, let's see...

Edit: I don't think it's a Lawrence Blood theme/remix, I've checked out all versions I have and they sound similar but the one Fran posted is different.

second one should be off RBS - london march ( billy )
it's arranged but there's no such track on the ast album

is it off the neo cd version ?
This is the music they use on the NEOCD version of Billy's stage in Real Bout Special all right, and from what I've looked up it seems this rendition of "London March" first popped up on the Garou Densetsu Special Image Album (check here and scroll down)

I'm almost positive the first track is from Street Fighter EX. I could be wrong tho. Been years since I played it, but I've definitely heard that track before.

EDIT: Yes I'm 100% positive now that the first track is from Street Fighter EX. I found an old cassette tape (yes cassette) with the soundtrack on it.
