Yeah i finally got him to send me everything. Took almost a year... Full story below...
Like i was saying it took about 4 months and he sent me a screen bezel to replace my broken one. It was a very cheap knockoff of my cabinet, so i just threw it away and kept pestering him for another 3 months or so and he sent over another package containing the wrong product. Had some pac man machine bezels. So he paid me to send those back to him. So i kept pestering him, he kept telling me how hard it was to get those, and he couldent find any. So after hearing this i dug in the machine until i found a sell slip with the company's name on it, i contacted the company in china that makes the machine. (Was a very funny phone call, nobody spoke english. The girl on the other end finally said skype so we both talked on there). Anyways the price for the bezel was cheap, shipping was insane though. So i tell kingsley i talked to them and they said they had tons in stock and can send them out tommorow. Kingsley starts asking for there skype name, asking how i talked to them, asking how i found out who made the machine. It was almost as if he had no clue where it came from or who made it. Anyways skip ahead a few months and i had the correct part. I then asked him if he could send me a marquee bracket, i had it probably the next week or so. Overall very weird, bad, long experience... I give him props for coming through on what he said he would do, just took a very long time.
Machine is now perfect though, and i have some spare parts, like screen glass and a few plastic parts i could salvage from my old marquee... So thats good.
