Here are some of the current hottest selling and high demand MVS titles:

- Twinkle Star Sprites* ($180/$275)
- Pulstar* ($160/$200)

- Blazing Star ($55/$90)
- Ghostlop ($100/$150)
- Last Blade 2 ($45/$80)
- Shock Troopers ($45/$70)
- Ninja Master's ($25/$90)

(* these games are becoming super high priced - hang on to them or try to spot a good deal! A Twinkle Star Sprites MVS recently sold for under $130 on here, so deals are around.)

Let me elaborate.

This isn't part of the price guide - more of a list that a few VERY trustworthy members have sent me involving their sales.

Whoever paid $275 for the Twinkle Star is a moron.

And I got a Pulstar, 2 weeks ago for $100 shipped.

So keep hunting.

I agree that Twinkle Star Sprites, Pulstar, Blazing Star, and Shock Troopers have all increased in price due to increased demand.

I don't know about the other ones though...especially Ghostlop, since it's just the cost of parts + labor.

Ghostlop is just a hot game right now.

And thats the EXACT range you should pay for one - not a reference.

Cost of parts, labor + shipping should NEVER be more than $150.

Even though its the rarest MVS title in existence, the price will never go up.

EDIT: Twinkle Star is worse than Pulstar... geeze.

excellentcom.net found me a TSS for $140 in July. I did a big buy though wanted originally $160.

Still cheaper then people are playing....

Sophia Corp has it for $150.

Not sure why people are paying these ridiculous prices. Probably people with to much money to spend (or no limit cc) or newbs that have no idea what there doing.

BTW I also got a Waku Waku 7 from excellentcom for $30. Just need to ask them to check their warehouse and not just look at their price list. They have 1 Pochi & Nyaa kit for $180 too...I just sold mine for around $200.

good deals are always around,

it all depends on how much desperate you are to buy games.

If you can wait, you´ll be rewarded.

Just bought Pulstar from a guy i know from a Dutch forum a month ago for 20 euro. Before that time i never wanted to spend the 90 euro that the game went for at the Jap-shops, but the price that you state the game is now selling for is really ridiculous. It's a neogeo.com-only estimate price i assume? Else you can still get it at Fujita for about $125, which already is very high.

I remember when I started getting into MVS, Viewpoint was hot at the time and it was selling for 150 or so, Blazingstar Last, Blade 2 and Ninja Masters were no more than 20 bucks each and Shock Troopers was about the same that it is now.

Just paid $150 shipped for Pulstar. Could have waited and done better but wanted this game for awhile. Blazing star doesn't come close in my opinion.
