MVS case FEEDBACK needed from you MVS cart owners

I'm still reading complaints about the cost of this MVS case and I notice some people would like to see a BLACK case as well.
I want this case in EVERY MVS cartridge owners possesion even in an all black...
I want to bring the cost of this case down and the only way to do this is to have a GREATER support and commitment than I am receiving now(It's good but could be better because the MVS scene is GROWING now that Home cart prices are getting out of hand in alot of people's opinions).
Now is your chance to tell me what you believe to be a FAIR price and who's on board and how many pieces you would be interested in at a lower price.
Remember I need a GREATER support to pull this off.
The price is where it's at because there was a small run made. If I know there is going to be a large commitment(NO BOGUS TALK)the price can go down and an ALL BLACK case can become a reality.
At a greater amount of support I have a price in my head and I want to see where you guys are at on this..meaning how serious you are with what you believe to be 'FAIR' taking into account this is a long time coming and this is an exclusive SPECIALTY item.
I mean if you destroy the case by accident I want you to feel you can replace it with no hassle...
Please...any and all feedback..don't hold back on this!!

BB, well, as of right now, I would be interested in 10 mvs cases, but, in a few weeks it could be 20. I definately would really be interested in the reality of an all black case.
As for a price, I am not sure what you were orginally selling them for, but 7 dollars for 20 seems reasonable to me.

It's not the whiners Caris,I want to provide an affordable price for EVERYBODY who owns the MVS cartridge.I want to be able to provide an ALL BLACK case along with the RED and WHITE.

Her is my opinion, I beleive they should be black and the price of 10 should be cut in half there vinyl cases, i just cant see why i would have to spend a 100, on 10 vinyl cases...

Not to differ from the popular opinion, but I think that your current price is very reasonable. The cases are of the highest quality, and if you think about it, is 10 dollars so bad of an investment when some MVS cost over 300? I only picked up 3 cases from the Ebay bid, because that was all that I could afford then, but when I can I plan to have cases for all of my MVS cassettes.

But keep in mind that ebay mvs carts older and some newer are worthless, ive seen some for 5 10 and 15. when a cases costs more or equal then a old cart then a price drop needs to be.

The only way the price of this case drops at this time and the 'ALL BLACK' case becomes a reality is SUPPORT.You guys now have a chance to dictate a 'FAIR PRICE'
This is the great thing about opening up a dialogue about these cases.

CAris, instead of being such an asskisser all the time, why dont you stop to think.No ones whining, if you knew anything about business you'd know, theres a big difference between buying 100 mvs boxes at $8 a piece as opposed to $10, and what about all the people in europe interested, what are their shipping fees going to be like for say 100 boxes.
The reason people are holding back is, cos , they arent going to buy just 10 boxes, they are probably going to buy boxes for however many carts they have in total in their collection, be it 40 or 50.Why have 10 mvs carts boxed, when the others arent, it would be pointless.
SO buying these things and investing maybe 600-1000 dollars at a time is a big decison for most people.Its best to wait and see if the price goes down, and if inserts come out too.

I think seven dollars is good. That three bucks off could really help the price of a big order for some people (Me!), but the fact is that I couldnt afford more than a few now, regardless of how many I want.

BB I really like the red cases actually. I am not a whinner but $10 is too steep for the collection that I have. I collect older Jamma boards and Neo Geo Games and most of the MVS games that I have are between $5 and $25 and paying more than to 1/3 the price of the game just for a case is not in my interest I enjoy playing the game and while making the game look nice is second on my list That is just too high a price. $7 a piece would be the most that I would probably pay and $5 would be prefferable (But I will not buy from ***). Right now I just use free inside out Priority mail boxes and they work fine for me but I would really like some nice looking Red MVS cases.

Hey there Big Bear. The color really wouldn't be an issue for me, I think Red or Black would look cool. If it would be possible to get the prices down to $5 a case, I would definitely buy a bunch... $10 a case is just to steep for me right now, as I'm sure it is for a lot of people who originally said they wanted some cases for their MVS carts. If you got the price down to $5 a case, $10 for a case an an insert maybe would attract more people too. If the price was $5 a case I would order around 10, even though that would be more cases than I have MVS carts, I'd still want the extras... Hope I helped a little.

Hey Big Bear, just wanted to say that I'm very happy with my lot of cases . . . and I felt the price was very fair.

I guess if you get substantial orders for more cases, bringing the price down to $7-$8 range would be helpful. I bought a large lot of cases from your first auction, and I'll buy another large lot if you make black ones!! The red ones are very cool, don't get me wrong; I just would like to be able to use black ones as well. The red really mirrors the red color of the Neo Geo MVS cabinets, which I'm sure was your intention (and it works great!!).

The cases are top quality, nothing needs changing there at all. Either way, I hope you manage to produce another run of cases . . . in black in particular. If you do, I'm there . . .

I originally bought 20 cases at the $10 price and no regrets whatsoever. I will buy more when the financial energy is right. Were I to pick a price for future purchases, $6 would make me do a backflip, $7 would be great as well. I will buy more even at the $10 range, but perhaps not quite as many as I would other wise.

I love the cases, BB, and am quite pleased. Now, if I could just get some inserts made, I would be in heaven.

Oh, and BTW, I love the red. I would buy them if they were black, without remorse, but the red sure is cool. TOTAL MVS all the way.

I appreciate the comments by everyone so far.... Anybody else wish to comment in this thread because the way things look right now MVS is going to be a primary way to enjoy Neo Geo for alot of you.
Don't sleep on this opportunity to participate because the price of this item and it's appearance will not change without REAL INTEREST.
Shipping is obviously a snafu for people in country's such as UK,Germany,Switzerland,FRANCE,etc and if you e-mail me personally I will be willing to work something out to alleviate this problem of FREIGHT with you.
People within the US,I am getting a vibe of $7 - $8.This is a reasonable request but I need MORE FEEDBACK.If you don't wish to participate here,e-mail me personally.I am trying to GAUGE who's really interested and reasonable,etc before we can GO FORWARD to make things BETTER FOR ALL!

Well this is easy,

just take preorders and set the amount with profit.

for instance if you make 1,000 cases and to make a profit you have to charge $10 a case then so be it. if you make 2,000 and then can afford to charge $8 a case then that is good as well.

as far as color I am not sure what the default color of the molds are. Is red what they come out as or are they orginaly another color.

personal I like black. All the neo case are black and it will take me awhile to print inserts for the boxes.

but that is my personal preference
