NAM '75 is an amazing game and perhaps one of the best in this very niche genre, that alone justifies the price somewhat but I agree, the game used to sell for 50 bucks all day long and AES carts new for 15 bucks, god damn how things have changed. The supply and demand always dictates the price, that's basically it, the game is on an uproar in popularity, lots of neo games are, I think it has something to do with the crazy amount of exposure from youtubers and reviewers going with the retro-doucherriffic fever, now is the time to sell.

Not to mention, there are two revisions of NAM, and the first revision is harder to come by. If I am not mistaken, it's a bitch to defeat at the end of the game due to no buy in allowed once the fucking boss appears, even if the second player has credits in the machine. The second revision of the game will allow you to buy in at the last second when your last man is dead on player one giving you a better chance to defeat the last boss. So people are willing to pay more for the first revision of the roms inside the cart on ebay. This is what I have observed myself, and I bought the first revision and confirmed it is not like the one on the AES which should be based on revision 2 of the MVS.

Of coarse, I do not own the second revision on MVS right now, so it might just be the differences between the AES and MVS as many games do have slight differences between the AES and MVS carts like Magician Lord has. But, my first revision of NAM is near impossible to beat, even if you time it just right and get to the last boss with 3 men. Having absolutely no buy in after that point is so fucked. lol
