Repo card but same as original.. can get cables made for it from the same guy. Other parts as well from him.

Mine was pristine but I know that some come with a shitload of dust.

I was more worried about it being a cheap copy but not at all (at least to my knowledge).

Here is a pic of mine. If you can get one from some forum member it would be ideal, if not at least you have a way to get one.
