Asking for a friend so this pic is all I have to go by. Any Ideas?

looks like the screen on the flyback is too high for a start. is this with brightness adjustments all the way down already? a bit weird because it's not uniform across the tube but i would start there.

Hes just going by a pic sent trying to determine if its worth trading his Sky Shark cab for. Just looking for ideas while he inspects it later before commiting to a trade. I sent him the link to this thread.

So feel free to offer any ideas related to the issue or in general what to look for. It sounds like he has some knowledge of cabs and can probably troubleshoot at the least some basic issues.

He was told that its not a dedicated cab, but was some form of atari cab that had the wires "spliced" for neo geo.
