1. She discipline is called the "Slicing Fist Style" (I am guessing it's Japanese name is called Zankenpo???...Way of the Slicing Fist???").
2. She was the caretaker for Kyo who was hiding out. It wasn't clear if it was after the Orochi Battle or when he escaped from NESTS, the story wasn't clear.
3. Her special moves are Reading Stars (RDP+P), Steam Blast (DP+K), and Deciphering Moon (QCB+K).
4. Her DM is called "Cherry Blossom Storm" (Midare Zakura???)
That is the information that I picked up on Moe. There was no given personal info on her, is there any on her? I was wondering if she could be King of Fighters 2002 material???? In EX, she is apart of the Hero Team, with Kyo and Benimaru (I don't even know how he managed to find Kyo).
