Metal Slug Complete collector's edition for pre-order in Korea

Apparently, there will be another collector's edition of Metal Slug title that will be available in South Korea.



Activision Korea will ship these Korean edition of Metal Slug Complete for PSP, which will come packing with a miniature cellphone battery charger (that probably holds enough juice to jolt your cellphone back to life and add a few minutes worth of talk time) as well as a tin case that will act as a case for storing the Metal Slug Complete UMD (or any other UMD, for that matter).

And, just like the limited edition of Korean Metal Slug 6 for PS2 which came with two mugs that was sold in Korea, this will also be a pre-order item. The pre-order date start at February 23rd and ends at March 11th in Korea. If you don't grab one by then, you are out of luck.

Price tag is currently set at KRW₩39,800, which translates into USD$43 at the current currency exchange figures.

You do realize this game is for the PSP? Or was PS2 a typo of PSP? If so, then yes, this game should work on every PSP.

Alright, here's the bad news. The stores are no longer taking pre-orders.

In fact, the stores stopped taking pre-orders since March 8th, days before the announced deadline.

I'm suspecting that this is most likely due to the shops running out of stock.

And, as far as I know, there was virtually no way for foreigners to get their hands on this thing. No shops that were offering these were willing to ship them internationally, not to mention that none of the import sites had these on their list.
