Metal SLug 5 w/mismatched PCBs

I got this cart off of ebay and when I went to clean it, I realized it had one board from Metal Slug 5 and 1 from KOF '01. The seller happened to have another MS5 and sent it right away. So what the heck do I do with this case and 2 different PCBs?

So which board goes to which game? The board that says kof 2001 has mask roms silkscreened with the ngh number for metal slug 5.

The game case has 1 PCB from a Metal Slug game and 1 from a King of Fighter 2001. I highly doubt that it works when I put it in my 4 slot.

Someone may have transplanted the roms to the CHAFIO board. It actually might work fine. Have you even tried it?

The power and ground pins are in the same place on all neo boards.

If the boards and chips are compatible, then the game will work.

If not then the game will not work.

I guess that is possible but I tried since my last post and it didn't work.

Oh well. At least the seller was cool. You should consider sending it to Tyranix or Xian Xi or someone who can use the parts to repair other carts.
