From the pics, it definitely seems to be a problem with your board. It acts like when a cart is not making correct contact with the board. It may be a broken trace somewhere, however I cannot be more specific as I do not know enough about this.

Check the pins on the CMC big square chip. Make sure they are all soldered down correctly. Try pushing down on the CMC chip and see if the problem goes away.

if what XianXi proposes makes no change, it could also be a bent pin on the CMC chip making contact with the adjacent (if it would be GND), corroded trace, or simply some dust on one leg of any ROM graphic chip. I can not recall if those are socketed or not. if they are, just pull out one by one with care, clean with a rubber eraser and clean also every fin in the socket with a fiberglass pen. if you don't have one, try with a xacto knife and be extremely careful, pin by pin scratching any eventual rust or solid dirt you can find.

Thanks to everyone for help but nothing helps. I heated up the plate in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes but still the same.

Tomorrow again look for damage on the PCB MS5. Today, I found nothing.

If nothing help I sell it on ebay and buy new MS5;-/

Did you add liquid flux to the pins first?

Everything on the MS5 PCB is SMT except for either the M1 or S1 ROM, I forget which, which isn't socketed.
