merge next-gen back into unrelated

it doesnt make sense to have a specific forum for 360/wii/ps3, a forum for neogeo, and then...still use unrelated for all other console (or otherwise) related discussions.

im sure more than a few people havent noticed the next gen forum which leads to duplicate topics and dimishied participation in said topics.

either merge next gen into unrelated or rename it so that its for discussing all non neogeo related gaming topics. as it stands, its a mess.

it seems rather trivial what sub-forum it's under, and you can't really say it's completely neo-unrelated as SNK games have been on the next gen consoles.
