Merge all of Home Theater and move to Misc, merge Next-Gen and Unrelated

This micro-management of forums is assinine. Nobody posts in Next-Gen, and if they do, its cross-linked to a thread in Unrelated anyway. Home Theater likewise. Its a nice sub-forum, but its not necessary to have a SEPERATE "Music" forum. There isn't a large or active enough "audiophile" community here to have this many specific areas.

And appoint somebody to be an additional moderator of Miscellaneous.

In summary:

Displays, Audio, Blu-Ray/HD-DVD becomes one Forum --> Home Theater which gets moved into --> Miscellaneous
Next-Gen merged into Unrelated

The home theater forums are an idea of Shawns, so you might want to take it up with him personally. I don't want to mess with the stuff he personally works on.

im all for moving next-gen back to unrelated. it doesnt really make sense to have a non neo related forum in a neo section. i could see "next-gen" being used for next gen snk stuff but, as of right now there is none.

i think handhelds should be neo/snk only as well.
