You, persistent guy.Hello, my friend! Will there be a Neo Geo CD version? @Boomchild
If you need assistance with getting this working on NeoGeo CD, please let me know.I think I could do it but it will require some work.

Anybody else managed to get this to work? I have no clue what emulator im supposed to run this in. Its a folder with like 30 files in it.

@Takumaji I think Boomchild has more than earned PM privs, help a brotha outI wil look into this very soon. If anyone from here wants to test the beta version, as I can't receive pm, please drop me a mail here :
Please consider distributing .neo files as they are easy to use with original hardware, MiSTer and the newish Geolith emulator. No xml, ini, or command line needed.I sent you an archive containing two files : maglord.zip and maglordh.zip. These are actual Neo-Geo roms, just put them in any folder you want, configure mame to set its rom folder to the one where the files are, and launch it via command line (otherwise it won't work : mame checks the CRC of the games when you use its frontend).
You can try to use this guide, and if mame bothers you a friend got it running with Final Burn Alpha![]()
This works fine in MAME, but it might be prudent to make two full seperate ROM zip, so maglordh.zip can be run like normal, and maglord.zip run normal as well. Im running this in a BackBit flash cart so the cart really can't differentiate between the two (as far as I know), and the cart requires each ROM to be unzipped into its own folder.I sent you an archive containing two files : maglord.zip and maglordh.zip. It seems you're missing the S ROM part (the letters should have shadows on the right) - the game logic will work but you'll get graphics glitches with the new power bar.I believe I got it running as it is meant to on the BackBit cart, will continue to play around with it in the evenings this week and update with any thoughts.
Thank!

As it's still in testing phase I'm just giving the mame rom files as is to the testers. When I release it it will just be ips patches - this would be illegal to distribute the patched rom, as dumb as it sounds since one can find it in just 3 clicks - I'll include an extensive readme for anyone to make it work on their Darksoft, Backbit, PC, Switch (hacked), Analogue Pocket...Please consider distributing .neo files as they are easy to use with original hardware, MiSTer and the newish Geolith emulator. Thanks, I'll bring here your concerns about having bugs using Unibios cheats. So far, using an Unibios 4, I've found that using the Infinite Lives locks Elta until the cheat is disabled, and using the Infinite Power just locks the game when getting it, forcing a reboot. I cannot fix it, since the power logic has been heavily modified in the patch. The others cheats don't mess with the game.So far, this is some great work man. Thank you for your hard work! (also I sent you an email)

Guess I’ll wait for the release.
