looking for some shock box inserts

I'm looking for the following shock box inserts...

-Breakers Revenge (I already found one, but it's an ESP file, how to open that ? Or to convert it ?)

-Real Bout Fatal Fury 2 (I could find one, but it's a PSD file, and when I try to open it it says "Permission denied"...)

-Schock Troopers 2nd Squad (I found 3 inserts but all 3 of them are more or less shitty, in my opinion... )

-Windjammers (couldn't find one at all)
