Well, it is time to flaunt my shit and to receive the adulation of the masses.



Not pictured are my two multicarts, one Vortex All-in-One and one unmodded 161v3. So I have access to basically every game, but I created a list of about 12-15 games that I would really like to have as real carts and I'll try to stick to it. I have too many other hobbies that piled up much more crap than I ever used already, trying to avoid another one. So, I'm a bit over halfway there.

SamSho, KOF98, and Metal Slug X came with the cab and will probably work their way off the shelf when I get around to selling. Windjammers came with the cab too and is a possibly cull but I'm a little more on the fence about that one. Will probably also keep an eye out for nicer copies of Last Blade and Ninja Master's (label is fake) at some point, but the boards are legit.

Nice. Very good idea to have a defined list and avoid the gottagrabemalls. I like what you have so far, some of the best. I'm partial to Twinkle SS, but super pricey now. I really like Miracle Adventure too. I don't mind the theme. It's just a super fun play. Windjammies is really good, but I go to Bang Bead when looking for something like that. Probably a good trade / sell if it isn't a high want. Good luck!

I know they are, the fighters just aren't to my taste and having them on the multicarts means I can afford to ditch them if they wouldn't spend much time just left in the cab. Who knows, also have to get motivated to list things for sale, might not happen for a while.

Im not an authoritative voice on anything, but 98 is the pinnacle. Just keep it. It pays respect to everything we all came together and still post on this fucking site for.

I have teh Vortex now so I kinda regret investing on MVS cartridges, but it's kinda recomforting to have the real deal ready to be played even if the chinesium powered all-in-one dies. I don't think I can get rid of my favorite games and they're 90% of my library, some carts even have sentimental value.

Keep 98 which is the only fighting game a Neo Geo will ever need though.

Cyber-Lip - owned it in the past, controls too stiff, prefer to just play Contra 3 on my SNES mini

Magician Lord - never got into it

Neo Bomberman (trust me you'll get into it) - a borderline game for me, like it lots, owned it in the past

Eightman - meh

Nightmare in the Dark - I like it, I don't think I 'hundreds of dollars' like it

Ninja Commando - admittedly haven't spent much, if any, time on it

Shock Troopers - buying as soon as I can find the right cart

Great set! Grats on the grabs, man.

I like the "curated" aspect of any game library, and I think what you have here along with your multi is a damn good set-up. Have your absolute favorites (regardless of market value) as your physical library and the rest go with flashcarts so you have access to the remainder.
