It really is too bad that they fucked up their image to such an insane degree. Both Chris and Dion could've been two of the greatest guys in the scene, but stickering shit and making sure people knew about them (for better or for worse) was way more important to them. Then Dion ripping people off and then Chris just doing weird confrontational PR makes it confusing why the guys even got into the scene.

I don't know. I think about if both of them weren't such dicks, and made an effort to genuinely be apart of the community, how the Neo scene would be today. Maybe KPJ would be the supreme villain everybody rallied against. How awesome would that be? And people could really come together around the whole US KOF2k and support a couple of guys who made it happen through passion for the hobby so everybody else could enjoy it. It's kind of sad how everything is with them, and it's even sadder that they seem to be clueless why people hate them, or just don't even give a shit.

Overpriced piece of shit cart from a piece of shit pair. It's not worth anymore then the cost of a JP cart.

The KOF 2000 US will always be the most interesting story in history of the neo geo.

With more than 10 of the 100 copies having a special pedigree already, the history of these cartridges continues to be legend. Vatican edition was epic, blessed by the pope himself, but I think this even tops that one!

Climbing K2 with a home cart would be awesome. climbing a mountain people can do on wheelchairs is just about the dumbest thing ive seen on here.

I'm sure acoustic engineers are lining up around the block to work day and night rescuing the inaudible voice on some dork ass's home movie about some video game... Get serious.

Love it Chris. You should send a copy down with James Cameron on his journey to Challenger Deep.

There are some incredible people out there. Maybe everyone that has climbed Everest should feed ashamed that someone without legs also made it to the top? Or maybe they should admire someone with the courage to do something people would think is impossible.

I’m pretty sure we all know where this thread is going now that Chrisr has shown up.

The only thing that I can say is that this is probably the most epic troll job I have ever seen; seriously, installing a NGF label at the highest point on continent of Africa may be the most brilliant ‘fuck you’ I have ever witnessed.

I really don't see what the issue is. I mean, the owner of the NeoStore is basically the Messiah of our world and if he says a game is worth a certain price, then you can bet your children that it is. I'm going to save up all my money and buy every game in his shop....just to prove my faith in the NeoStore. So all of you had better stay away from my perfectly priced NeoStore games.

Why am I not surprised? Must've been the highest altitude a bootleg ever got. And that sign has been tainted forever.

I think there is a rule in Catholicism that it is a serious sin to buy or sell a holy relic. I wonder if the papal-edition Kof 2000 qualifies as a relic. If so, I wonder what that says about Chris, assuming he sold the game at a premium.

All joking aside, I think we have to give credit where it's due here, Chris' video is one of the funniest things I think I've ever seen, and hopefully anyone getting worked up or angry about it realizes that such a reaction is the whole reason he made it in the first place. Better to just laugh at this one.

It's controversial therefore $8500. For example, my first car cost about that. It was totally controversial, holographic stickers everywhere.

Exactly.
This has to be one of the best trolls I have seen.
The only way he could have made it batter would be if he had the ngf stamp instead of the sticker.
Could you imagine chris having the guy with the camcorder holding the ink pad out and chris blotting that shit.
I would have fallen off my damn chair.

Sorry, I fail to see what's so great about a late-40 year old man bringing a game to the top of a mountain and defacing property all while "trolling" a message board.
