I saw this on a back cover of a KOF96 doujinshi and drew as close to it as could. Wasn't perfect as I messed up Vice and King's hand but here it is.

Can you do a scan of the back cover of the doujinshi in question for comparison purposes?

There's some problems areas as you've already mentioned, in addition to which I could point out several more (some of your eyes aren't proportional for example), but overall it came out pretty good.
