Rugal qcf b qcf b then qcf qcf bd. it quite a lot of damage. simple and easy to learn. to prefect rugal should do the energy blast hcf a/c hold 4 few sec or so then hcf b qcf b qcf b then qcf x2 bd if got it should be perfect ha ha becase timing is the key
