Mmh. Furthermore do expect from a German to not know his language?

Kain is a cool character, but hideously cheap in CPU's hands. Can you say... SCHWARTZ FIRE! Heh. But I like Kain as a playable character, his holding commands are easy to learn.

Of course not. Thats why I said you would know better than SNK would. By the way what do his Supermoves mean anyway? I lived away from Germany for like 6 years and I can hardly remember any German.

Mmh, I hope you will read this thread once more!

Okay his projectile move is originally called "Schwarz Flame". Correct would be "Schwarze Flamme"!

Schwarz is "Black" in English! So they could have called it "Black Flame"!

"Schwarz Panzer" is in correct German "Schwarzer Panzer", in Englisch "Black Armour". It could also be "Black Tank", but I think the first makes more sense.

His anti-air plus angle projectiles is called "Schwarz Recht" ("Schwarzes Recht", in English "Black Right") in the instructions manual.

But in the game it more sounds like "Schwarz Lanze" (correct German "Schwarze Lanze", in English "Black Lance")

His first super is written as "Himmlisch Arten"!

This is a bit weird since I heard also the name "Himmlisch Atem" (Correct would be "Himmlischer Atem") for it.

"Himmlisch" is "Heavenly" or "Divine" or even "Marvellous" in English"!

So "Himmlisch Atem" or "Himmlischer Atem" could be translated as "Breath of Heaven"!

If they really ment "Himmlische Arten" (correct form), this would be strange because "Art" in German has not the same meaning as in English.

"Art" in German is a general word for "Type, Sort, Kind, Species," etc.

I have the theory, that they meant the English "Art".

So this move is called "Arts of Heaven" or "Marvellous Arts"; in German it would be "Himmlische Künste"!

The second Super is called "Himmlisch Macht" in the instructions manual. They also did a real misprint (Himmkisch).

"Himmlische Macht" (correct) would be "Heavenly Might" or "Heavenly Power"

But in the Game it more sounds like "Himmlische Seele", in English "Heavenly Soul".

Shit, 15 minutes typing and I am sure no one will notice it, as always!

Of course i'll be back to read it cuz I scan these forums with a fine tooth comb(i have no life). Thanks for the translation! Danke!

p.s. Is it me or do gaming companies need to get actual speakers of the language instead of making stuff up? Sooner or later they are gonna make a bad mistake and make some kind of messed up word cuz they don't know the real language. Himmlisch Bratwurst!!!

Have you ever tried "Leberkäse"?

Or the Hessian speciality: "Handkäs mit Musik"

I love Swabian food like "Schupfnudeln" or "Maultaschen"!

But I glady take "Hot Dogs" with Onions and gherkins!

Or Hamburger, espially Australian like!

Damn, there is so much to eat! That why I have about 205 pounds (92 Kilogramms) at about 6 feet 1 ínch (186 centremetres)!

I haven't really tried a whole lot of German food but the little bit of food I did try i thorougly enjoyed! When I was living in Germany the food I probably ate the most was Jamaican food and American food! The reason is cuz I have one Jamaican parent and One American parent and the area I lived in had lots of Americans and Jamaicans and we'd throw parties and stuff and American and Jamaican food was what I ate most. You'd expect that since I was livin in Germany that I'd be eatin German food all the time.

Not at all. Because even many Germans do not eat German food very often!
