It's an upside down Z motion. It's a bit of a mental block.

I think you have to be in BC mode, no? Its been ages since I enjoyed '02.

When your character glows yellow and you can cancel one super move into another then ending it with DM or SDM.

Activate by pressing BC.

I do the reverse of a shoryuken motion, Dwn>Fwd>Dwn+A+B+C+D.

Works flawlessly every time.
