Japhei is one of the most notorious scammers in the Neo Community (as well as the Capcom community). He mainly deals with MVS bootlegs. He tends to reappear here constantly, needing attention and victims.

[As this thread went on, we discovered he also has a massive criminal record (see post 157 onward)]

DOB: 10/10/1980

Casey lives in Tampa, FL, though he has routed things through other states like CA. However he's pretty wiley in changing them frequently now. In order to help protect members from his repeated solicitations, I thought we should simply collect all his known addresses and name information and post in this thread.

If you see him on another forum/site, including eBay, feel free to share it too.

That way if some random account does start soliciting people, they can simply refer to this thread and compare the addresses that they will be sending money. Sort of like the old Black Book Shawn featured in the Neo Store.

We already know his scamming ass is on the website as "garysheffield", and we've marked the account as such.

THIS FUCKTARD PISSES ME OFF! I bought Demolsih Fist and Rumble Fish and he scammed me on both! He didn't send me my artwork or manuals.

I lodged complains with Paypal to say the not all parts where rec'd. That got instant responses from the Jerk!

I have sent an email this morning saying "where is my tracking number for the artworks and manuals"

IF HE DOESN'T RESPOND IM GOING TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DO A CHARGE BACK.

Add me as another person scammed. Sent two bootlegs (Garou:MOTW and Strikers 1945 Plus), sent them right back. After about a year, got a refund (postal money order) for the garou cart, but still out >$100 for Strikers. If you need personal info for the police or any records, let me know via PM. Hey I just thought of a way to get hime off ebay. When he puts his stuff up, he has alot now. Start an auction for a penny and have it say something like.
ARCADE GOD MVS he will rip you off, show a picture of something then inside link this forum and others about him. He cant give anybody negative feedback and he can do nothing about it even if he changes his name. He still can be followed and people will be able to tell. He wouldnt scam or be able to sell shit.

For a start never buy anything NEO related or actually anything at all on ebay unless your provided with a real photo of the item..plus i dont buy shit off of people on eBay unless they are 94% or higher....
