I don't know what fly by night law school this dude went to but I'm pretty sure that a Criminal Complaint to Police needs to specificy actual examples of unlawfull harassment.
In new york you have to either:
1. Stalk the person.
2. Make Physical Contact with the person.
3. Call the person a racists/sexist epitaph.

Didn't realize Ferrariman mentioned this in the other thread, but I still think this situation is laughable and worth another thread.
I am interested in seeing what gabe and tycho end up doing with this $10,000 they are supposedly donating to ESA on Jacks behalf...
