I've been scammed

I recently bought a US version of AES fatal fury special from ebay.
The seller advertised it as new/factory sealed.
I got it and to my surprise, it had punctures all over the case
As if a dog chewed on it, and the game was heavily scratched up.
It was clearly used...and my guess is that the seller advertised it as new
Since it had some wrap around it. Neo Geo sticker wasn't there either.

I paid 100 bucks for it. The seller's ID is dorkysqueen
Watch out guys.

And it was so obvious since it looked like shit without removing wraps.
The seller is ignoring to my threat emails.

I told her that god wont forgive her for this

I'm not saying its it OPs fault... But why buy a sealed version of the game to open it and play? Could have easily gotten a complete used copy. Also, IMO FFS isn't all that, I don't know why people are so into it... I sold my MVS version for 15$, just saying.

Before calling in the scam police, file a claim and give the seller a chance to make it right. Looking at the seller's other items he doesn't deal in games much and he probably legitimately thought it was a new item and he was gonna get paid, and probably didn't know that neo games were sealed with a sticker, not shrink wrap.

Hi GohanX. I filed a claim of course, and before that I sent the seller e-mail twice. I was hoping that the seller would either accept a refund or give me a partial refund.
But she just ignored me. I waited a week before filing a claim. Hopefully Paypal decides in my favor. Even after that, I would have to go through hell to send the game back to the seller.

Yeah, totally agree. Looks like they typically cary thrift shop items at best. They are a relatively new seller as well so perhaps they're unfamiliar with claims, responding to disgruntled buyers etc. etc.

I highly doubt you were purposefully scammed.
