Is the Neostore still active?

Can anyone tell me, what the situation is by Neostore? I made an order 2 weeks ago and I didn't received any confirmation or item yet...
I thought that the problem is resolved, but looks like I'm screwed like the others...

Most of the trouble seems to have been with overseas orders. Domestic US orders havent had much trouble. Shawn has cited trouble verifying payment via overseas credit card carriers etc. But Like snairdog said..... Blame WOW...it's a bitch.

Keep at Shawn via e-mail, and it's also likely he may see this thread. Hopefully it's already shipped and just delayed. (Internation orders seem to take a bit longer for the neostore)

Well i cannot see any problems from my end...last month or so when they stocked up, i made a bulk purchase....euro slug 5, Cyberlip , Burning fight & a few others.....all arrived perfect & within 5 days!!!....Excellent...Thanks shawn

I ordered a loose Metal Slug 2 MVS cart on 7/8. I received an email on 7/9 that said the item has been shipped. I received the game on 7/16. I have no idea why it took so long to receive the package, it was shipped priority.
