Is it wrong...?

I'm deeply saddened by the news of MVS games no longer being developed and the move to the atomiswave platform..

but is it wrong that I hope this increases the value of my neo games?

now this is the farthest out on a limb that I've gone on these boards, so I really don't wanna get flamed too bad...

so I'd just like to say that, I have been a SNK fan since I was a little kid. I love my Neo AES, and I look at it fondly and my AES games every night. 90% of my gaming time is spent on my Neo.

And quite frankly I have the most fun when playing my Neo Geo.

So please don't think I'm some guy only into the neo scene because of the money...

I'd just like to know if my library and investment in my games are even more valuable than when I bought them... this would help justify to myself the thousands of dollars I have spent into this hobby (or lifestyle if you prefer).

No, it is human nature to want things you own to gain value.

I am not sad that Playmore isn't realeasing games anymore for the AES/MVS anyways; in fact, I am happy. I wish Playmore would have never even started and just let the AES/MVS era end with the old SNK. I hope Playmore can make some good stuff on Atomiswave but they could never fill the old SNK's shoes as far as the Neo-Geo is concerned.
