Internation threads complaint forum.

If you're not using new mods then how about a forum where people can complain about an issue taking place in the international forums since the majority of the board doesn't understand the languages unless they can speak it and the new forum will help the current mods take action.

If someone got a complaint to file like "shitting in topics" for example. Unless one of the mods understands the language, he has to know what's being said.
