inconsistant jump control pissed me off

...not sure if it was just the controller.. but tekken 5 mini game 's jump control suck balls ( iam on the stage 3.3..lot's of jumping involved...and iam getting the ocassional slip..and fall

the double jump to grab the edge of the wall is so fucking inconsistant ..iam stuck on the room 21/22 where the 2 statue has a time limit then iit disapear

No, the controls do, indeed, suck. Why bother playing Devil Within, though, I don't know (I lost patience with it pretty quickly, then went back to playing the main game).
