If I have a USA MVS 1 Slot with controller ports, can I replace the IC chip with a Japanese one will my MVS be censored? I heard that all US MVS boards are censored. Is this true or is this nothing to worry about?

No Censorship of US MVS hardware. The only difference I know is Language on the screen.
The Home System is a different story.

Absolutely...My primary play comes from a MVS 2 slot,Jamma Harness and an RGB Monitor

I mean the only difference of playing your MVS games will be the setting.
Instead of playing in your local Arcade you bring the same experience into the comfort of your home.
You have what the US home system basically emulates.
